This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.bladerush.in (the “Website”) operated by Saffron Robotics Pvt Ltd (“Bladerush”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1) Return Window (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility and exclusions below.
To request a return, email support@bladerush.in with:
- Order ID
- Product name / SKU (if any)
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos where applicable
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2) Reporting Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items (48 Hours)
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bladerush.in.
Please include:
- Clear photos/videos of the product and issue
- Photos of outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label
- (Recommended) an unboxing video for faster verification
After verification, we will offer (at our discretion, depending on the case):
- Replacement, or
- Refund, or
- Store credit
3) Return Eligibility Conditions
A return may be approved only if the product:
- is unused and uninstalled
- is in original condition
- includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories
Important (Propellers): Propellers are safety-critical components. For hygiene/safety and quality-control reasons, propellers are not eligible for return if the package is opened (see Section 4).
4) Non-Returnable Items (Opened Packaging)
Propellers are non-returnable if the package/seal is opened.
In addition, returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, crash, improper installation, over-speeding, incorrect voltage/RPM/load, or normal wear and tear
- Items that are modified, tampered, or missing parts/accessories
- Products returned without original packaging/labels
- Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Custom-made / made-to-order items (if applicable)
5) Return Shipping (Buyer Pays)
For approved returns (including “change of mind” where applicable), the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
- If the returned item is damaged due to poor packaging or transit, it may be rejected or receive a partial refund.
For cases involving verified wrong item/defect/damage reported within 48 hours, we may still request return shipping by buyer depending on the case; if we reimburse any shipping, it will be at our discretion and only up to a reasonable limit.
6) Refunds — Method & Timeline
Once your return is approved and (if required) we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where possible:
- Razorpay: refunded to the original instrument (UPI/card/netbanking), subject to gateway/bank timelines
- PayPal: refunded to the original PayPal payment method
- Bank Transfer: refunded via bank transfer to the bank account details you provide
Refund processing time: Typically 5–7 business days after inspection/approval. Payment networks/banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.
7) Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
A partial refund may be issued if:
- the item is returned with missing parts/accessories/packaging,
- the item shows signs of use/installation,
- the item is not returned in original condition.
We will share the assessment outcome before processing.
8) Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@bladerush.in.
- Once an order is shipped/dispatch confirmed, cancellation may not be possible. You may instead request a return (subject to this policy).
If cancelled before dispatch, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
9) How to Initiate a Return / Refund Request
Email support@bladerush.in with:
- Order ID
- Your name and phone number
- Reason for request
- Photos/videos (mandatory for damage/defect/wrong item)
- (If bank transfer refund is needed) your bank details
We will review and respond with next steps.
