16) Governing Law, Arbitration & Jurisdiction

Governing law: Laws of India.

Arbitration (mandatory): Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase (“Dispute”) shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
